Job Title: International Operations Manager

United Nations Population Fund is seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Country Office, you will be responsible for providing leadership and advice on all aspects of office management and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight of Country Office operations, ensuring effective and efficient management of resources.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with UNFPA regulations and standards.
  • Manage and coordinate the implementation of programmes and projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government officials, partners, and other UN agencies.
Requirements:
  • Advanced university degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressively responsible professional experience in administration, finance, or office management.
  • Thorough knowledge of UN Staff Rules and Regulations, HR management policies, financial rules, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
