We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager Francophone to join our team at Black Pen Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and managing our local operations in Francophone Africa.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan to drive business growth in the region.
- Collaborate with our Executive Team to create a strategic business plan for operations and growth in Francophone Africa.
- Monitor the company's financial standing and provide regular updates to the Executive Team.
- Assist the Executive Team in executing operational and strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
- Identify and implement new opportunities to grow a successful business in the region.
- Ensure that management sees easily actionable core metrics for all projects and products.
- Pitch in during key project deployments to ensure successful delivery of products and solutions.
- Attend events related to the business idea and develop strong relationships with potential business partners.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base to implement effective business campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality service.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 4+ years of experience in a FinTech/crypto environment, ideally in Francophone Africa.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Experience working in Ivory Coast or Senegal.
- IT background and strong understanding of the FinTech industry.
- Ability to direct your own days, identify worthwhile projects, and take actionable steps to accomplish goals.
- Energetic, resourceful, and able to handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities.
- Strong negotiations and building long-lasting relationship skills.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively and see projects through to completion.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
