Senior Resource Mobilization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resource Mobilization and Partnerships Expert to join our team at the African Development Bank. As a key member of our Finance Complex, you will play a critical role in mobilizing resources and partnerships to support our development agenda.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and implementation of resource mobilization strategies and plans to support the Bank's development agenda.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including bilateral and multilateral partners, to secure funding and resources for the Bank's regional member countries.
- Provide technical advice and support to internal and external clients on resource mobilization and partnership issues, including the African Development Fund and bilateral trust funds.
- Conduct monitoring and evaluation activities to ensure effective use of resources and reporting to stakeholders.
- Assist in the organization of outreach events and meetings to promote the Bank's resource mobilization and partnership efforts.
- Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, statistics, or related fields.
- Minimum of six years of relevant work experience in economics, financial modeling, or statistics, preferably in a public financial institution or bilateral aid agency.
- Proven understanding of fiduciary best practices and standards, experience in budget and project portfolio management, and ability to report on and manage financial information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong competence in the use of standard software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and knowledge of SAP and financial modeling.
