Ce poste est basé à Abidjan et rattaché hiérarchiquement au Responsable de la coordination des travaux  (Construction Coordination Manager) et fonctionnellement au directeur de Chaîne d'approvisionnement Region (Supply Chain). En tant que « Supply Chain Manager », vous êtes en charge de définir, planifier et exécuter l'ensemble des procédures Supply Chain du projet Métro Abidjan (activités Alstom), y compris l’importation, le transport et les opérations logistiques.

 

 

Vos challenges

 

Stratégie :

- Adapter et déployer la stratégie et l'empreinte de la Supply Chain en fonction des exigences régionales et locales.

 

Normes (Procédures, Méthodes & Outils) :

- Déployer les normes (procédures, méthodes & outils) ainsi que la documentation associée.

- Mettre en œuvre un plan d’action cohérent pour les activités de Supply Chain d’Alstom en Côte d’Ivoire.

 

Procédures et outils transversaux :

- Identifier les besoins du projet et définir les exigences Supply Chain locales pour les faire coïncider.

- Contribuer à la définition, l'amélioration et la validation des procédures et des outils.        

 

Ressources Humaines :

- Déployer une organisation Supply Chain dédiée au projet.

- Développer les compétences des personnes via des parcours de formation et de qualification.

- Mettre en œuvre les expertises nécessaires.

- Faciliter la mise en place d’une solide culture Supply Chain auprès des divers interlocuteurs internes au projet.

 

Finance :

- Préparer et suivre un budget en précisant les différentes lignes de coûts.

- Définir et déployer des opportunités en sachant tirer parti des synergies et des initiatives positives.

 

Performances & Conception

- Atteindre et animer les indicateurs de performance (KPI : Key Performance Indicator).

- Assurer la conformité aux normes Alstom lors de la revue des procédures et des audits.

- Assurer le respect de la législation ivoirienne.

- Soutenir le projet pour atteindre les engagements QCD : Qualité, Coûts, Délais.

- Gérer les procédures et activités liés à la Supply Chain du projet en incluant les transports, les activités de dédouanement et la logistique en coordination avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes

 

 

EHS (Environnement Hygiène et Sécurité)

- S'assurer que les opérations sont exécutées dans un environnement conforme aux politiques d'Alstom en matière d'environnement, d’hygiène et de sécurité.

- Garantir la sécurité des personnes lors des activités Supply Chain.

 

Votre Profil

- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent au poste, souhaitée d’un M1 en Supply Chain

- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l'anglais et le français

- Vous avez idéalement 10 ans d’expérience en Supply Chain

- Vous avez de l'expérience dans le management d’un outil ERP, la coordination des sociétés de transport et les démarches douanières en Côte d’Ivoire.
