What you will be doing:

  • Efficient management of your workforce:
    • Administrative management of its agency
    • Safe monitoring and agency work 
    • Training and integration of new officers
    • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Implementation and monitoring of new project/ operational process
  • Management of the associated operational hub and compliance with SLAs
  • Management and management of teams and logistics equipment
  • Package Search
  • Shipping and delivery of packages to logistics partners

What we are looking for:

  • 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Microsoft office package domain
  • Taste for information systems
  • Able to work in a demanding work environment
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Pedagogy and support for teams
  • Strong relay between officers and management
  • Excellent interpersonal & listening skills, diplomacy
  • Ability to lead projects
