Sensor and USB Designer

1. To design/ develop/ modify Automotive hall based Sensors like Side stand, Bank angle etc

2.To design/ develop/ modify Automotive 12V USB chargers for different charging protocols

3.To define packaging of sensors and chargers for vehicle level as per component layout guideline.

4.Define Specifications for System level and component level packaging and testing.

5.Responsible for release of component drw and 3D in vehicle BOM

 

1) Design/ develop/ modify Automotive Sensors and USB chargers

3) Problem solving and Implementation of Corrective measures

4) Preparing Design Records and Testing Data

B.Tech in Electrical / Mechatronics Design.

Advanced Qualifications are an advantage.

 

Expertise in using Catia and Vehicle Packaging, Excellent understanding of 2 wheeler USB charger(for all protocols) Electronics and mechanical design concepts, System Level Understanding and Finalise specifications based on System requirement and finalise test methodology,Capable to independently perform system and component level DFMEA , Expert in hall based sensor design and defining specification, Understanding of Automotive Standards & Functional Safety. E.g. ISO 26262 as well as of safety and EMI requirements related to high power applications, Knowledge of global Regulatory compliance for Electronic components
