Design and multimedia (40%)
Design and produce graphics and visually appealing documents, reports, advocacy notes, infographics, briefs, publications, presentations, and other communications materials that align with WFP branding guidelines.
Create visibility and multimedia contents such as videos, podcasts, and animations for multiple platforms including websites, intranet, events, factsheets, presentations videos, photos, and audio for use in online platforms.
Post-production editing of communication material, including photos, audio and videos highlighting the impact of WFP's work with a large range of partners, including the government, donors, NGOs, and the private sector.
Develop infographics for other units, including the VAM, Programme, Partnerships and Supply Chain teams upon request.
Communications (30%)
Contribute to communications through good research, analysis of assigned area of work and timely preparation and distribution of information products to target audience(s).
Support the social media plan by developing social media content, and utilizing platforms, networks, and partners to enhance coverage and support of WFP's activities.
Generate donor specific visibility content including, text, photos, videos, and audio for use across a range of integrated online platforms, in order to support country fundraising activities, ensuring consistency with corporate messages.
Monitor and analyze traditional and social media to inform the development and/or evaluation of communication activities and strategies; and to identify trends and/or issues and propose solutions and ideas to improve the effectiveness of communications activities.
Reporting (30%)
Support the preparation of Annual Country Report (ACR) for the Annual Reporting Exercise in collaboration with the country office programme, monitoring & evaluation, logistics and resource management functions by coordinating to ensure coherence and quality of performance information.
Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources and other units, ensuring accuracy and relevance to support reporting needs.
Support the development and assurance of defined quality standards of country office's reporting deliverables, including country briefs, factsheets, donor reports an internal update, in line with WFP guidelines and deadlines.
Maintain a comprehensive database of reports, documentation, and communications material, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
