 We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager, Agency to join our dynamic team in Ivory Coast. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service functions to drive market share and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

       Oversee the creation and implementation of the country's sales strategy to grow market share and revenue in both imports and exports.       Manage the local sales team, ensuring they meet business goals and performance targets.      Develop and drive local strategies tailored to various customer segments using market insights to inform the sales approach.       Conduct joint sales visits with representatives and channel managers to strengthen client relationships.       Supervise forecasting and budgeting efforts to align with business objectives.       Monitor the sales pipeline through CRM, tracking leads, deals, and follow-ups.       Ensure the CRM system captures and prioritizes all sales opportunities without missing prospects.      Analyze customer data for effective segmentation and targeted sales approaches.      Align sales activities with Regional Office and Headquarters policies.       Prepare and analyze market statistics, including competitive insights.       Submit monthly marketing reports to the Headquarters.       Coordinate consistent and timely sales activities across the team.       Collaborate closely with the Credit Control team to manage customer accounts.       Ensure accurate and up-to-date input of customer data in the CRM system, maintaining data integrity.      Monitor and address laden long-dwelling cargo efficiently.      Work closely with operations teams to provide intermodal solutions to customers. 

MUST HAVE:

       A tertiary education in business, marketing, or commerce is preferred. years of trade or sales and marketing experience in the container/liner shipping or related industry.       Expertise in customer relationship management, equipment management, and port/terminal operations.       Fluent communication in both written and spoken English and French.       Proven leadership experience, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives effectively.
