What you will be doing:

  • Lead the end to end planning, execution and optimization of sponsored product advertising campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Google Shopping and other retail media channels.
  • Build strong campaign strategies that include targeting, keyword management, bidding approaches and budget allocation to meet performance objectives and maximize ROI.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Sponsored Product Specialists, ensuring high quality delivery, skill development, clear KPIs and regular performance reviews.
  • Monitor all campaign metrics in detail, analyze performance trends and identify actionable optimization opportunities to drive reach, engagement and conversions.
  • Run structured testing and experimentation to evaluate creatives, targeting variations and bidding strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication, performance updates, insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with clients to fully understand their business goals and translate them into effective sponsored product tactics and execution plans.
  • Build reports and dashboards to track key indicators such as ad spend, reach, clicks, conversions and return on advertising spend.
  • Present insights and performance reviews to internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting learnings and next steps.
  • Evaluate and onboard new advertising platforms, vendors and technologies that can support growth objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate commercial terms to ensure strong value for Jumia.
