Program Manager

Responsible for planning and controlling of all product and process development relating issues of his projects (including product planning, R&D, production, purchase and sales & marketing) from initial phase up to SOP – either internal or external projects.

Liaising with HD-USA Development centre for product development and lead technical discussions representing R&D as core and complete Hero as lead.

Responsible for achieving all project targets concerning product quality, cost and timelines

Responsible for all product planning and controlling of his projects as per the approved Cycle Plan

Responsible for target achievement (CTQ) for his projects

Conduct Design review with relevant SME's

Plans, sets-up, and executes project structure incl. carry-over/commonality expectations

Plans and monitors the progress and completion of R-Flows which are related to his projects

BE/ ME/ (MBA)

Planning, organization and follow up capability

Professional background either Body Design, Chassis Development or Vehicle Integration

Experienced in Project Management

Analytical and problem solving skills

Good communication skills (written and verbal)
