- Functionally to the Central Africa District Manager

Mission:
Marketing & Sales development and revenue growth for Marine and Offshore activities in Central Africa
Functional Competencies:
- Prepare and implement Marine & Offshore strategy for the country with the support of Regional Commercial Manager;
- Visit pro actively the clients and prospects in the Geography to promote BV Marine & Offshore Services;
- Promote BV Marine & Offshore services during commercial events (conferences, seminars, ...);
- Transforms client needs into a sales strategy and plan, governs relationships, meet key stakeholders and clients;
- Interacts with Marine & Offshore regional Business Developers to get support for Central Africa district;
- Ensure Regional Growth Initiatives are pushed and realized in CAF district with expected profitability levels;
- Ensure the registration of BV as vendor with all clients and targeted prospects;
- Coordinates all sourcing/ procurement activities related to Tenders in order to allow on time competitive bid submission;
- Prepare proposals and manage the negotiations and conclusions of contracts;
- Collects feedback of client satisfaction;
- Complies with / implements Bureau Veritas Corporate standards and BV 3 Absolutes (Safety, Ethics, Financial Control).
Requirements:
- Graduate degree preferably in engineering;
- Industry experience (5/10 years);
- Experience in Sales and Marketing or Business development (5/10 years);
- English fluent.

Getting strong research and strategic analysis skills, which are necessary in order to benchmark the competition and keep the company ahead of it.
Main KPIs:
- Sales & Revenues;
- Evolution of BV Marine and Offshore Central Africa market share;
- Profitability of new sales.
