**Job Title:** Front Office Division Leader - Strategic Operations
**Job Summary:
The African Development Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join its Front Office Division as a Front Office Division Leader - Strategic Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to the division, ensuring the effective integration and coordination of its key support functions.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Front Office Division, ensuring the effective integration and coordination of its key support functions, including finance, monitoring and evaluation, communication, resource mobilization, and information technology.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the division's performance and impact, ensuring that its activities are aligned with the bank's overall mission and objectives.
- Oversee the development and execution of work plans, ensuring that all activities are strategically aligned and contributing to the bank's overall goals.
- Monitor the progress of various projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
- Ensure the responsible allocation and utilization of resources across all units, maintaining transparency and accountability.
**Requirements:
- A master's degree in law, business administration, or international development.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a legal or development organization.
- Demonstrated experience in legal advisory, strategic leadership, operational management, and team supervision.
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational performance.
- Strong understanding of development financing, legal support services, and the operational environment of international organizations.
