RATTACHEMENT HIERARCHIQUE
Le poste de Community Manager sera rattaché à la Direction Générale.
MISSIONS
La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :
- Piloter la stratégie de communication digitale de l'agence et de ses clients, superviser la gestion des réseaux sociaux, produire des contenus à forte valeur ajoutée et optimiser les performances des campagnes afin d'assurer une présence digitale cohérente, performante et innovante.
RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS
Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes
:
- Élaborer, mettre en place et optimiser la stratégie sociale media de l'agence et de ses clients ;
- Superviser et gérer les réseaux sociaux de l'ensemble des clients ;
- Analyser le positionnement digital, proposer des axes d'amélioration et des actions correctives ;
- Assurer la cohérence des contenus sur toutes les plateformes ;
- Produire des contenus créatifs à forte valeur ajoutée (visuels, vidéos, campagnes thématiques...) ;
- Superviser ou participer à des shootings photo/vidéo ;
- Concevoir, piloter et optimiser les campagnes publicitaires ;
- Gérer les budgets médias et garantir un retour sur investissement optimal ;
- Réaliser des reportings ;
- Assurer une veille active sur les tendances, concurrents, outils, formats et innovations sectorielles ;
- Proposer des concepts créatifs et des stratégies innovantes pour renforcer la visibilité et l'engagement ;
- Être disponible pour répondre aux besoins opérationnels urgents ;
- Optimiser les performances des campagnes ;
Être mobile pour couvrir les événements clients, réaliser des prises de contenus, assister à des réunions stratégiques.
LOCALISATION
- Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.
FORMATION
- Être titulaire d'un Bac +3/4 en Communication, communication Digital ou équivalent ;
- Justifier d'un minimum de 5 années d'expérience à un poste similaire.
EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES
Maîtriser les outils tels que Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Figma, etc..... ;
Capacité à élaborer et piloter une stratégie sociale media complète ;
Gestion, animation et fidélisation dune communauté ;
Capacité à gérer des situations sensibles ou crises digitales ;
Créativité, sens esthétique et esprit d'innovation ;
Disponibilité, mobilité et adaptabilité.
