Which Team will you Join ?
Within the Sales department, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Representative. You will play a key role in driving sales of Ivoire Boisson's range of beverages and beers, as well as all products marketed by the company. You will act as the interface between the company and customers, and optimize the implementation of marketing and commercial strategies according to priorities set by management.
What do We Expect from You ?
- Territory Management: Handle and update the portfolio of outlets, prospect new opportunities, and maintain accurate data.
- KPI Influence: Execute visit programs to ensure product availability, price compliance, and visibility.
- Sales & Promotion: Implement commercial strategy at outlets, increase market share, and assist customers with orders.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on visits, KPIs, assets, and contracts.
- Customer Loyalty: Ensure proactive follow-up, manage promotional items, and resolve product-related issues.
- Commercial Animation: Participate in promotions and propose tailored actions to boost sales.
Who are We Looking For?
Diplomas and Experience :
- Education: Minimum Bac+2 in Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years in sales or distribution, preferably in the beverage sector.
Competencies
- Strong knowledge of market and sales techniques.
- Ability to influence KPIs and meet targets.
- Proficiency in reporting tools and database management.Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
