Which Team will you Join ?

Within the maintenance department, you will hold the position of Preventive Maintenance Manager. You will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of maintenance plans for Brewing, packaging, and utilities equipment.

What do We Expect from You ?

•    Direct the team of Zone Technicians, ensure alignment, and take responsibility for team performance and technical development (including performance evaluations and studies).

•    Ensure smooth handover between Operations and Maintenance departments for all planned maintenance work. Manage communication and coordination between the execution team and Operations during maintenance tasks.

•    Align maintenance planning with Manufacturing, Packaging, and Utilities departments. Establish weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance routines (CILT, PM days, PM tasks, overhauls). Maintain balance between CILT and planned maintenance

•    Oversee the coordination and transfer of spare parts to and from the spare parts warehouse.

•    Enforce basic maintenance processes and routines. Support the Maintenance Engineer in deploying loss and cost management processes within the workshop (PDCA process).

•    Support the application of 5S and Visual Management to ensure long-term machine performance.

•    Provide training to Shift Technicians, Zone Technicians, and Operators in Autonomous Maintenance (AM).

Who are We Looking For?
Diplomas and Experience :

•    Bachelor's degree (4-5 years of higher education) in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or Production System Maintenance

•    Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance manager or maintenance team leader role.

•    Solid experience in performing maintenance and/or production operations.

•    Professional management experience: ability to motivate and effectively manage a team.

•    Proven experience training Shift Technicians, Zone Technicians, and Operators in Autonomous Maintenance (AM).

•    Ability to work effectively with Maximo, One2Improve, or CMMS software and possess strong reporting and data processing skills/basic computer skills.

•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

•    Excellent communication (English and French) and interpersonal skills.
