YOUR ROLE

The internship will be integrated into CCIS, a subsidiary of the Group dedicated to land-based activities (storage and transport of containers in 30 countries) in the Process Department which acts as a control tower in charge of structuring and harmonizing internal processes as well as managing cross-functional projects in connection with the operational entities of the network.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

  • Document management: analysis of existing systems, redesign of the document nomenclature, updating and monitoring of internal databases (contract library, directories).
  • CCIS data digitization: provision of operational data (QlikSense), interactive site mapping.
  • Communication: creation of corporate materials, definition of an internal CCIS communication plan.
  • Cross-functional projects (PMO): development of training programs for the network, employer branding development, etc.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

  • You are currently enrolled in a Master's program (Master 2) at a business school or equivalent university program in Management/Project Management.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You have knowledge of or an interest in document management tools (SharePoint or Qlik Sense).
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills and are comfortable communicating in English. You are able to communicate effectively with all types of people.
  • Your rigor, organizational skills, and analytical and problem-solving abilities will allow you to easily adapt to your responsibilities and this supportive team.
