Principal responsibilities

  • Lead a team to design, develop and implement IT solutions, esp on Regulatory Trade Reporting and Central Clearing to meet business users' requirements.
  • Conduct system tests, user acceptance tests and provide support on system implementation.
  • Ensure a high quality standard of deliverables according to HSBC standards and best practices.
  • Prepare project related documentation and ensure compliance and audit policies strictly followed
  • Align with DevOps and Agile delivery approach, tooling and practices adoption
  • Collaborate with a variety of teams for development and incident management
  • Work closely with Global infrastructure and engineering team to build the solution

Requirements

Min 5 years of experience in project management, system design and implementationStrong exposure to RHEL, DB2,Solid knowledge and experience in RHEL, Java,  Springboot, WAS, Liberty, DB2 and Oracle database.Solid experience in writing and conducting Unit Tests and UI tests, etc.Good analytical, design and problem solving skills.Pragmatic decision making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on data and understand the implications.Experience with modern agile software delivery practices such as scrum, version control, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), DevOpsFluent Mandarin / English speaking and professional business writing skills.Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.Ability to rapidly learn new concept, business models, and technologies.
