Description du poste

Pour accompagner sa forte croissance et sa politique de proximité, la région MEA recrute un Consultants Senior PS_ Transversal, ayant une solide expertise autour de l'intégration de systèmes financiers dans le domaine de la Finance, afin de contribuer aux opérations de BUILD et de RUN, tout en garantissant une qualité du DELIVERY et un excellent relationnel client.

Vos rôles et responsabilités s'articuleront principalement autour des axes suivants :

  • Animer les ateliers de cadrage
  • Rédiger le cahier des charges en tenant compte des besoins métiers et des spécifications fonctionnelles
  • Identifier et signaler les dépendances, les risques et les contraintes potentiels
  • Elaborer des fiches de paramétrage et assurer la configuration de la solution
  • Prévoir les ressources (humaines, techniques) à mettre en œuvre
  • Définir les plans de tests et assister à la qualification de la solution
  • Garantir des livrables de qualité
  • Grande maitrise des pratiques et de la réglementation associée aux produits de Finance
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs (rédaction de la documentation et des livrables, animation des formations…)
  • Participer aux comités projet
  • Gérer la relation client
  • Reporting

Ce poste est basé à Abidjan avec des déplacements en Afrique à prévoir.

Qualifications

De formation BAC+5 (école de commerce, d'ingénieurs ou université), vous justifiez d'une expérience de 10 ans minimum au sein d'un cabinet de conseil, d'intégration ou d'un établissement dans le secteur bancaire.

Vous avez une bonne connaissance générale du secteur financier pour la banque de détail, des projets digitaux et de ses systèmes d'information, avec des compétences approfondies dans un ou plusieurs métiers (engagement, conformité, comptabilité, international…), ainsi qu'une bonne maitrise et une expérience significative dans le secteur bancaire.
