What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic consultant for our Group Commercial Excellence project. This is a temporary, project-based position based in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, requiring fluency in both English and French to attract bilingual talent.

Your Mission

As a consultant, you will drive commercial performance across the Solevo Group by co-defining, implementing, and monitoring best-in-class go-to-market strategies, salesforce effectiveness, customer segmentation, and digital commercial tools. Your work will ensure profitable and sustainable growth across all our countries and business lines.


What You Will Be Doing


•Sales Strategy & Commercial Frameworks ·Support the development and implementation of Group commercial excellence frameworks, align business lines with the Solevo 2.0 vision, and benchmark against industry best practices.


•Salesforce Effectiveness · Define and harmonize salesforce structures, roles, and KPIs. You will also implement incentive schemes and deploy training programs in negotiation, account management, and technical selling.


•Key Account & Channel Management · Co-design and standardize key account management models, develop channel strategies, and strengthen customer loyalty programs.


•Digital & Data-Driven Commercialization · Drive the adoption of digital tools (CRM, D365, My Solevo App), ensure data quality for real-time decision-making, and work with IT teams to optimize customer-facing platforms.


•Salesforce Empowerment & Competency Development · Establish a Solevo Sales Academy, roll out structured training programs for Agro and Industrial teams, and create competency frameworks for sales roles.


•Governance & Reporting · Consolidate commercial KPIs, create performance dashboards, and lead regular commercial performance reviews with senior leadership.

What You Bring


•Proven experience in a similar consulting or commercial excellence role, preferably in the chemical or agricultural industry.

•Strong, demonstrable understanding of go-to-market strategies, salesforce effectiveness, and customer segmentation.

•Experience with digital commercial tools and data-driven decision-making.

•Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

•Full professional fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
