  • Le Technicien dessinateur, projeteur sera sous la supervision du responsable dessinateur, projeteur.

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Réaliser les plans techniques détaillés à partir des esquisses fournies par l'architecte.

Technicien dessinateur, projeteur - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Réaliser des plans techniques détaillés à partir des esquisses fournies par larchitecte ;
  • Réaliser des dossiers de plan architecte à partir des esquisses fournies par larchitecte ;
  • Travailler sur des dossiers de production, dexécution ;
  • Mettre à jour les plans en fonction des modifications techniques règlementaires ou des retours des équipes ;
  • Assister aux réunions de coordination ;
  • Préparer les dossiers techniques pour les demandes de permis de construire, appels doffres et phases dexécution.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Technicien dessinateur, projeteur - H/F

  • Être titulaire dun BAC+2/3 en Génie Civile, option bâtiment ;
  • Justifier une expérience de minimum 4 années dans une fonction similaire ou ayant travaillé dans un cabinet darchitecture.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES

Compétences techniques

  • Maitrise de logiciels dessin et modélisation : AutoCAD, Revit ;
  • Bonne connaissance des techniques de construction et des normes en vigueur ;
  • Lecture et Interprétation des plans techniques tout corps détat ;
  • Sens de la présentation graphique et rigueur dans la production des documents.

Compétences comportementales

  • Sens du détail ;
  • Sens de l'organisation ;
  • Rigueur dans l'exécution des tâches confiées (respect des délais, fiabilité...) ;
  • Bonne capacité d'adaptation.
