Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to manage our global school feeding programme.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our school feeding programme across various countries, ensuring its alignment with our organisational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programme Management: Develop and implement programme strategies to enhance food security and nutrition outcomes in schools.
  • Country Office Support: Provide technical assistance and guidance to country offices to ensure effective programme implementation.
  • Partnerships and Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with governments, NGOs, and other stakeholders to leverage resources and expertise.
  • Reporting and Monitoring: Prepare and submit regular reports on programme progress and outcomes.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the programme budget, ensuring effective use of resources and adherence to financial regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of programme staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in International Development, Nutrition, Education, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in programme management, preferably in the context of international development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in programme design, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
