Budget And Forecast Management Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets. Conduct regular financial forecasting to help inform strategic decision-making. Financial Reporting Supervise the timely preparation of comprehensive financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Present findings to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders. Risk Management Identify and assess financial risks, recommending strategies to mitigate potential impacts on the organization’s financial position. Team Development Lead, mentor, and motivate the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth. Stakeholder Engagement Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders, including board members, investors, and regulatory bodies, to convey financial performance and strategic initiatives. Process Enhancement Continuously evaluate financial processes and systems, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations. The profile Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant professional certification (CPA, CFA) is preferred. Experience Extensive experience in financial management and analysis, including exposure to senior finance roles within a complex organization. Analytical Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data. Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders effectively. Leadership Skills Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects, with a track record of fostering collaboration and positive outcomes. Personal Attributes
