CONSTRUCTION HSE TRAINING COORDINATOR

⭐ We’re Hiring: CONSTRUCTION HSE TRAINING COORDINATOR We are hiring a Construction HSE Training Coordinator to support all Project Sites in the development, coordination, and delivery of HSE training activities, ensuring consistency with Contractor standards, local legislation, and Client requirements. The role focuses on developing and maintaining the Project HSE Training Matrix, promoting a strong HSE culture, and coaching site HSE training staff to ensure effective and compliant training delivery across the construction workforce. You will be responsible for preparing HSE training materials and schedules, coordinating site trainers, monitoring training records and KPIs, and ensuring that HSE training performance is properly reported to both Site HSE Management and Home Office. This position is ideal for an experienced Construction HSE professional with strong training coordination skills, capable of driving HSE awareness and competency development across contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.

Key Responsibilities
✔5 years of experience in Construction HSE, with a strong focus on training and competency development ✔ Develop and maintain the Project HSE Training Matrix, including mandatory and optional courses per job group and risk activity ✔ Ensure alignment with Contractor standards, local legislation, and Client requirements ✔ Promote HSE culture through awareness programs, workshops, and HSE leadership training for managers ✔ Prepare and deliver HSE training materials, schedules, and training plans ✔ Coordinate and coach Site HSE Trainers in delivering HSE Induction for Contractors and Subcontractors ✔ Support delivery of theoretical and practical HSE training, with involvement of Subcontractor trainers where required ✔ Verify and maintain accurate HSE Training Registers, including attendance records and competency test results ✔ Monitor training performance, KPIs, and compliance with defined targets ✔ Report training performance to Site HSE Managers and Home Office ✔ Review and validate the HSE section of monthly construction progress reports related to training

Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in Construction HSE roles, with a strong focus on training and competency development ✔ Solid knowledge of HSE regulations, construction risks, and site safety practices ✔ Experience developing and managing HSE Training Matrices ✔ Ability to coach and coordinate site‑based HSE trainers ✔ Strong reporting, monitoring, and KPI tracking skills ✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills ✔ Ability to work with Contractors and Subcontractors workforce ✔ Experience on EPC / EPCM or large industrial projects is a plus ✔ English is highly appreciated (French is mandatory) 📩 Apply now: please share your CV at T.
