- Soutenir le Responsable du Contrôle Interne dans les tâches suivantes - Réaliser l'évaluation des risques des départements/zones fonctionnelles ; - Effectuer des tests d'audit sur les zones à risque et identifier les points à signaler ; - Élaborer des politiques de Contrôle Interne en veillant à ce qu'elles soient adaptées à l'environnement opérationnel de Vivo Energy Côte d'Ivoire ; - Développer et mettre en œuvre des procédures opérationnelles appropriées afin de garantir la conformité avec les politiques globales de Vivo Energy et les lois locales ; - Identifier les forces et faiblesses financières et administratives et développer des pratiques exemplaires ; - Réaliser toute revue ou tâche demandée par la Direction.
- Consolider et analyser les résultats des audits internes et externes afin de coordonner le suivi des plans d'actions afin que tous les points soient résolus dans les délais escomptés et en coordination avec le Responsable du Contrôle Interne.
- Coordonner les contrôles périodiques pour tous les départements au sein de l'Unité Opérationnelle (OU).
Requirements
- Formation : Bac+4 minimum en finance, comptabilité, économie ou équivalent.
- Expérience : 2 à 5 ans en comptabilité, finance, audit ou contrôle interne.
- Expertise technique : Maîtrise des principes financiers, comptables et de contrôle interne.
- Compétences analytiques : Rigueur, sens du détail, capacité à interpréter des données financières.
- Organisation & gestion de projets : Capacité à gérer plusieurs missions en parallèle.
- Communication : Excellente aisance orale et écrite, avec tous types d'interlocuteurs.
- Adaptabilité & leadership : Capacité à gérer le changement, travailler de façon autonome et en équipe dans un environnement mouvant.
- Ouverture : Expérience ou aptitude à collaborer dans des équipes multiculturelles et transverses, parfois à distance.
