Côte d’Ivoire Cauridor Temps plein
Who we are Cauridor is a fast-growing cross-border payments company on a bold mission: to revolutionize Africa's financial landscape and empower the unbanked. We connect West Africa with North America and beyond, moving money across markets through a growing network of partners, products, and licensed entities — making sending and receiving money instant, seamless, and accessible through mobile wallets and bank accounts. Our teams span Guinea, Senegal, Nigeria, and other African markets alongside the USA, Canada, and Europe. Our network of strategic partners includes leading remittance companies like MoneyGram, Taptap Send, and Ria, top mobile wallet operators such as Orange and MTN, and major banks including UBA and Ecobank. Our vision is clear: to become the #1 fintech in every market we enter, driving a new era of cashless Africa. Role purpose This role is Cauridor's day-to-day owner of bank and payment partner relationships from a Treasury standpoint — the person banks, mobile money operators, agents, and payment partners deal with directly when settlement issues, SLA questions, or commercial terms need attention. Working independently within a defined scope, this person resolves operational issues, keeps partner pricing and terms sharp, and identifies opportunities (FX, cross-sell, agent network growth) that strengthen Cauridor's treasury and partner position over time. Your Impact Zone Partner & Bank Relationship Management
• Own day-to-day relationships with banks, mobile money operators, agents, and payment partners.
• Act as the main escalation point for operational and service issues raised by partners.
• Monitor partner performance against SLAs and escalate internally when standards slip.
• Maintain strong, proactive communication and engagement with key partners.
• Support onboarding of new partners and commercial accounts. Operations & Issue Resolution
• Resolve transaction issues including delays, failures, and settlement mismatches.
• Coordinate with partners and internal teams to unblock operational issues quickly.
• Track and follow up on escalations until fully resolved.
• Ensure service continuity across all corridors. Commercial & Partner Optimization
• Review partner contracts, pricing, and fees to identify optimization opportunities.
• Maintain an up-to-date repository of partner fees, terms, and commercial conditions.
• Identify cross-selling and new revenue opportunities across agents, FX, and commercial payments.
• Support expansion of agent networks and commercial payment flows.
• Track partner performance over time and propose concrete improvements. What success looks like in the first year
• Partners consistently come to this person first, trusting them to resolve issues without lengthy escalation chains.
• Settlement mismatches and SLA breaches are caught early and resolved efficiently.
• The partner fee/terms repository is accurate and genuinely used across Treasury and Commercial.
• At least one clear example of a commercial optimization or cross-sell opportunity identified and acted on.
• Service continuity across corridors holds up even during partner-side disruptions. Your Toolkit for the Role
• 3–5 years of experience in treasury operations, banking relationships, or payments/settlement operations, ideally in fintech, remittance, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of settlement processes, FX, and bank reconciliation.
• Comfortable reading and interpreting partner contracts, pricing structures, and fee terms.
• Experience with mobile money ecosystems and multi-corridor payment operations is a strong advantage.
• Commercially minded — able to spot revenue or efficiency opportunities within existing partnerships.
• Strong communication skills, confident engaging directly with bank and partner counterparts.
• Fluent English; French is an advantage given Cauridor's Francophone markets. ___________ Cauridorian Culture We are a passionate and collaborative international team that values ownership, integrity, and continuous improvement. We encourage a founder’s mentality
