About The Position Manage a team responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, activities, or portfolio of medium to large sized sites. Provide support to Client Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans. This Position Has The Authority To
• Provide formal supervision, training, and development for employees
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching
• Oversee recruiting and hiring of new employees
• Schedule and manage team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance
• Prepare and manage capital projects and operating budgets
• Approve vendor relationships and invoicing procedures
• Review price quotes for procurement of parts, services, and labor Experience / Education
• Engineering bachelor's degree preferred
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in Facility Management Preferred Requirements
• Facility Management certification
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management
• Leadership skills to motivate team quality and efficiency Skills Required

• Advanced math skills (percentages, fractions, financial calculations)
