Cluster Manager

Construction Delivery & Operations

• Manage the delivery of construction activities across the assigned cluster of sites, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, approved drawings, and company procedures.
• Lead and coordinate all site activities to achieve project milestones, quality standards, and completion targets.
• Monitor construction progress across all assigned sites and implement corrective actions where required.
• Ensure effective allocation of manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor resources across the cluster.
• Establish and maintain project execution plans and recovery plans where project delays or performance issues arise.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews to verify compliance with project requirements.

Subcontractor Management

• Manage and coordinate all subcontractors operating within the assigned cluster.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules.
• Review subcontractor resource deployment and ensure adequate manpower is available to meet project objectives.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and resolve interface issues between trades and stakeholders.
• Ensure subcontractors comply with contractual obligations, approved methodologies, and company standards.

Commercial & Contract Administration

• Monitor project costs and resource utilization within the assigned cluster.
• Support the preparation and evaluation of variations, claims, and change requests.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities and report them to senior management.
• Coordinate with procurement and commercial teams to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor budget performance and contribute to cost control initiatives.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary operational focal point for clients, consultants, authorities, and other external stakeholders within the assigned cluster.
• Maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders and address issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Attend progress meetings and provide updates on project status, risks, and mitigation measures.

Quality Management

• Ensure all works comply with project specifications, approved materials, and relevant codes and standards.
• Monitor quality performance and ensure timely closure of NCRs, observations, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate inspections and testing activities with consultants and quality teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the assigned cluster.

Health, Safety & Environment

• Ensure full compliance with Alliad HSE policies, procedures, and applicable legal requirements.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all assigned sites and subcontractors.
• Monitor contractor compliance with HSE requirements and ensure timely rectification of unsafe conditions or practices.
• Lead investigations relating to incidents, non-conformances, and high-risk activities and implement corrective actions.

Leadership & People Management

• Lead and develop assigned site teams.
• Set objectives and performance targets for direct reports.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify training and development requirements.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical support to site personnel.
• Foster collaboration and effective communication across all project stakeholders.
