What You'll Do
- Identify and generate new business leads within the lubricants, base oil, solvent and bitumen markets.
- Conduct market mapping, customer research, and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of potential clients.
- Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, calls and industry platforms.
- Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team for further engagement.
- Maintain accurate lead records and regularly update CRM systems.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, ideally in oil & gas, lubricants, petrochemicals, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of product markets such as lubricants, base oil, solvent, and bitumen.
- Excellent communication and research skills.
- Proactive, organized and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Tools & Platforms Experience (Preferred)
CRM Systems: HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce (or similar)
Lead Generation Tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , Lusha, ZoomInfo
Market Research Tools: Google Trends, Statista, industry databases
Data & Reporting: Excel/Google Sheets, dashboard tools
