ENTER THE GAME

As a Growth Ops Specialist Ivor, you will join the Growth marketing team, made up of 60 people, whose role is to drive business growth by expanding Betclic's active player base in an hypergrowth market.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main mission will be to work on all streams (acquisition, engagement and retention) to reach our growth user targets. You will ensure that every country has a clear quarterly 360° growth roadmap, that growth plans execution runs smoothly across functions, and that local insights and performance data continuously feed into acquisition and CRM strategy, and vice versa. The sum of your actions should amount to a delightful experience for players and drive business growth.

You will orchestrate planning, execution and marketing intelligence ensuring Betclic's growth machine runs fast, consistent, compliant, and impactful.

1. Strategy and planning

  • Lead quarterly cross-functional growth planning across all products, align growth plan with seasonality: acquisition plans, CRM operation plans, key commercial milestones for our players.
  • Define themes, "big moments" and key growth opportunities in your market
  • Consolidate all inputs: local events, product launches, central initiatives, budgets, feature releases to build the growth plan
  • Deploy playbooks and scale best practices across markets
  • Act as a local outreach within the country for all central growth teams interactions

2. Execution & orchestration

  • Ensure smooth, best-in-class campaign execution through cross-functional coordination
  • Animate weekly & monthly rituals across functions (Acquisition, CRM, Legal, Product) to avoid silos
  • Propose budget reallocations in-quarter based on performance; escalate inaccuracies when needed
  • Spin up and manage task forces on high-stakes events and moments // Co-lead task forces with central experts on key opportunities

3. Market Intelligence

  • Be the local intelligence watchtower: capture market specificities and feed them into central planning
  • Deliver regular market insight reports (trends, competition, regulations, local behaviors)
  • Monitor competition across acquisition campaigns, brand investments, and product launches
  • Work with Data to run ad hoc analyses on market specificities and growth opportunities

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm

This job is for you if:

  • You have a degree from top business, engineering, or data/marketing school (or equivalent university program).
  • You are passionate about sport
  • You have successful professional experience in growth, operations, consulting, or performance marketing, ideally within a digital/consumer-facing industry (gaming, betting, e-commerce, or tech scale-up)
  • You possess strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and you thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where priorities can shift quickly. You are also able to jump onto operations and get the job the done
  • You are based in Abidjan or willing to relocate there and you can travel to Bordeaux for work
  • You are a jack of all trades, and you are comfortable in working in collaboration with various teams
  • And finally, you speak English and French fluently
