What you will be doing:
- Ensure the development and growth of sellers on the Marketplace.
- Resolve problems encountered by sellers throughout their time on Jumia.
- Promote engagement through clear and precise processes.
- Convince seller to go live on Jumia
- Complete acquisition of sellers through the Self-Sign Up form
- Ensure that sellers are admin ready and are trained on how to grow their business on Jumia
- Ensure new sellers on Jumia learn how to use the necessary tools and information to start working
- Get feedback from our sellers and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvement
