Your role:
You will assist in the identification and engagement of key healthcare stakeholders, including policy makers, regulators, and payers, support the development and implementation of healthcare solutions that address the needs of the ecosystem, conduct research and analysis on healthcare trends, policies, and best practices, assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other communication materials, you will participate in meetings and discussions with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to strategic planning, support the monitoring and evaluation of healthcare programs and initiatives, and you will collaborate with other trainees and departments to share knowledge and best practices..
Who you are:
We are looking for someone with a strong interest in healthcare innovation and system improvement, who can think critically and strategically to help shape policy and guidelines with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You should have effective communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities. To be considered, you should have a Bachelor's degree in life sciences, law, public health, health policy, or a related field, along with a basic knowledge of healthcare systems, policies, and governance, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Your ability to conduct research and analyze data is essential, and you must be fluent in the local language and proficient in English.
