Job SummaryWe are seeking a Division Manager, Cybersecurity, to lead our cybersecurity efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding the Bank's digital infrastructure, systems, and data by proactively managing risks and implementing advanced threat mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Cybersecurity Operations & Incident Response:
- Oversee the Cybersecurity Operations Centre (CSOC) and Cybersecurity Incident Response Team (CSIRT), ensuring 24/7 monitoring, detection, and response to cyber threats.
- Develop, document, and operationalize the Bank's Incident Response Plan, ensuring clear escalation pathways and well-defined roles and responsibilities.
- Security Engineering, Architecture & Technology Strategy:
- Develop and maintain the Security Engineering & Architecture Strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the Bank's IT strategy and industry best practices.
- Evaluate, consolidate, and optimize security tools to enhance security capabilities while driving cost efficiency.
- Threat & Vulnerability Management:
- Develop and maintain the Threat & Vulnerability Management Strategy, aligning with risk management objectives.
- Implement a risk-based vulnerability management framework, ensuring prioritized remediation based on asset criticality and threat intelligence.
- Security Administration & Operations Management:
- Develop and maintain the Security Operations Strategy, ensuring alignment with the Bank's governance framework and IT strategy.
- Ensure effective administration of all security technologies, including firewalls, endpoint security, identity and access management (IAM), and encryption services.
To be considered for this role, you should have a Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields with at least eight years of progressive experience in cybersecurity leadership roles, including management of security operations, engineering, architecture, and compliance functions.
Relevant professional certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, or similar, are highly desirable. Proven track record of developing and executing cybersecurity strategies in large, complex organizations or IT environments is essential.
You should also have experience in leading Security Operations Centres (SOC), incident response teams, and vulnerability management programs, as well as a strong background in security architecture design, integrating security into DevSecOps practices, and optimizing the security technology stack.
